Note: The Adirondack tour offers short and long route options each day.
Routes are designed to allow both high mileage/aggressive riders and low mileage recreational
riders enjoy a week of bicycle touring in the Adirondacks. We offer two optional activities - Canoeing
and Hiking. Hiking option is July 20 - Layover Day in Lake Placid. Canoeing Option is July 21 - Saranac
Lake (only available if taking the short route option).

17, 35 or 65 miles / Loops/Out and Back Rides. Routes include: Westport/Ticonderoga &
Keene Valley. Tonight is our opening dinner and general meeting. Gym available for sleeping.
Day 2 (Lake Placid, NY) Monday July 19
Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds
57.5 or 32 miles / Home of Two Winter Olympics, this town will win your heart by the end of our stay.
Day 3 (Lake Placid, NY) Tuesday July 20
Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds (Layover Day)
50.5 or 12.6 miles (also optional peak hike) / Take a day off to enjoy the town or choose to ride the course of the Lake Placid Ironman Triathlon.
Day 4 (Saranac Lake, NY) Wednesday July 21
North Country Community College
53.6 or 14 miles / Heading west we climb up White Face to visit some rural back country roads or choose the short option.
Day 5 (Indian Lake, NY) Thursday July 22

67.8 or 56 miles (Shuttle from the Adirondack Museum provided) / Today we visit a museum nicknamed, The Smithsonian of
the Adirondacks. The Adirondack Museum is very impressive, even to those non-museum people.

64.5 or 24 miles / Located 5 miles from North Creek this rural central school is big on hospitality.
